Giuseppe Zanotti has done it again. Last year (2013) Kayne West collaborated with Giuseppe Zanotti and created a sandal similar to this one.
This shoe is simple yet still a statement. The only problem is... walking in them. The heel height is 4.7 inches without a platform. OUCH! I guess the saying is right. Beauty is Pain.
